Soleysium™ and the associated "Sneaker Hunt" AR mechanics are the exclusive intellectual property of the owner. This document serves as a record of intent to use the Soleysium™ mark in commerce for mobile application and digital gaming services.
A formal trademark application is currently pending and has not yet been filed with the USPTO. This notice establishes a public record of intent to use the Soleysium™ mark in connection with digital gaming and mobile application services.
