Refund policy

At SOLEYSIUM™, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from our store. By placing an order with SOLEYSIUM™, you agree to the following return and refund guidelines.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a refund. Certain items such as final sale or clearance products may be non-returnable.

To initiate a return, please contact us at paradise@soleysium.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
